Accident with condom and symptoms.

Im a 25 uncircumcised male and I live in Mexico City.
Last Saturday I had intercourse with an unknown girl I met at a night club. She did unprotected oral sex to me, then we proceeded to have vaginal intercourse using a condom BUT as I was drunk I didnt develop a complete erection and the condom slipped off at some point, so its highly probable that we had unprotected sex for a considerable amount of time.
Then I put that same condom back (I know that was a big mistake) so there's a risk that I could have inverted it and put the side which had her fluids right on my penis.

I obviously don't know her HIV status. 2 days after this experience my urethra burns a little and is quite sensitive. Urinating reliefs this discomfort temporarily. I'm also feeling fatigued (as if I were to develop a flu).
I'm afraid I contracted some STD or urethral infection after these early symptoms (which after reading through many sites could increase my risk of getting HIV if she is infected. Also, acquiring a STD so easily from her gives me the creeps about what type of sexual life she has).
I am feeling quite anxious and worried about all this.

What do you think of my scenario? Is any testing recommended?

Welcome to the forum.

First to dispense with HIV:  the chance is low your partner was infected, and even if she was the chance of transmission was low; and your symptoms dont' suggest HIV.  HIV symptoms cannot start sooner than 7-10 days after exposure.

As for other STDs, this sounds like a definite possibility.  Most STDs that cause uncomfrotable urination or burning also cause obviously abnormal discharge from the penis.  However, burning often comes first with discharge of pus or mucus coming in the next couple of days.  With such rapid onset (2 days), gonorrhea is the best bet.  Symptoms of chlamydia and nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) generally start after 1-2 weeks.  Another possibility is just physical irritation.  For example, if the condom had a spermicide like nonoxynol-9, it can be very irritating inside the urethra.  However, if that were the problem, the burning would have been immediate, not delayed a couple of days.

No STD causes fatigue or other flu-like symptoms, so that part of your story doesn't concern me at all.  It could be psychological, given your obvious (and reasonable) anxieties about this event.

You need to see a health care provider right away.  Do not go to a lab for testing without professional advice; see a doctor or clinic in person.  I don't know the situation with respect to public STD clinics in Mexico, but you might look around for one.  Don't try to treat yourself in the meantime.

Even if you end up with gonorrhea or other STD, the risk of HIV remains low, under 1 chance in many thousand.  STDs like gonorrhea roughly double the risk of HIV if exposed.  Double a very low risk still leaves very low risk.

I'm scheduling a visit with my doctor after your suggestion.
Private health services here in Mexico City are mostly the same as in the US, public services on the other hand... well....

Im hoping this is an irritation,I masturbated twice the day after this incident.
I can urinate with no pain and I haven't noticed any discharges... it's just the discomfort in my penis and the general malaise I explained.
Anyway I know that an examination and STD tests are the right thing to do instead of continue worrying... i'll get right to them

Just wanted to be sure that HIV is not my problem here; would you consider an HIV test in this scenario?

All sexually active people (outside mutually monogamous relationships) should be tested for HIV from time to time, like once every year or two.  If you haven't been tested recently, this probably is a good time, when it's on your mind.  But not because of this particular sexual exposure.
