Accidently hit in mouth

A friend of mine who is HIV+ accidently poked me with their finger in my mouth hitting my gums.  I am pretty sure they did not have open cuts on the finger other than possible general nail biting.  It did sting but my mouth did not bleed.  Perhaps its silly but this made me really nervous and I was embarrashed to bring it up to them and hurt their feelings.  Just wanted to confirm that accidental contact like this would not pose a risk, perhaps to ease my mind and be less paranoid around friends dealing with the disease.  thank you.
