Accuracy of Elisa Test?

I have a few questions:

1) what is the percentage of people that have developed antibodies by week 6 and week 12?

2) what is the accuracy of the Elisa test?

3) is it true that there is more than one type of Elisa test?  and that they vary in accuracy???

4) what is the accuracy of the Elisa test by week 6 and week 12?
