Acute Retroviral Syndrome

A general question on ARS.

If ARS ever occur, how long does it typically last? Will it occur and recover within 1-2 days or will it be at least 1-2 weeks recover, some said even 4 weeks for worst case(ER).ARS if it ever occur, will normal medication cure it, or will it because of a outburst of viral replication, that it is hard to recover with medication and typically will only recover once the viral replication go to its low setpoint?

They typically appear 2-4 weeks post-EXPOSURE (not protected sex and not oral sex) and last 1-2 weeks.
