Afraid of HIV

التبديل إلى العربية
My girlfriend has sucked my penis for 6 minutes. I have masturbated outside the mouth. Do I need a test? I do not know if I have Hiv. I'm afraid because I'm a prostitute. What do you recommend?

While Life360_Dave has given you the correct answer to your concerns regarding HIV and testing, I feel the need to add a bit of advice about oral sex and other STD's. You stated you were a prostitute, so I will assume that oral may be among the services you offer your clients. If you have unprotected oral with your clients and then have unprotected oral with your girlfriend, you could be passing STD's to her. I would urge you to test for such STD's as chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, HPV and Hep C. In the US, the CDC (Center For Disease Control) recommends that anyone who engages in oral sex be checked for STD's every 3 months. If you have further questions or concerns, please go to our STD Forum.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I was worried. Your answer was very comfortable. For me, of course I am an Arab, but I trust you more than Arab doctors.
