Am I HIV positive??

I have a question, I am a 22 year old female who had unprotected sex last Wednesday night and woke up yesterday with a sore throat and swollen lymph nodes. I know these are early symptoms of HIV but can they really start that quickly after?? The guy said he was STD free and recently got tested but should I trust him? Am I worrying too much about this?

Your symptoms came on to quick to be ARS
No you shouldn't have trusted him.
No.
You can collect your conclusive negative test result 3 months post exposure. Had you used a condom you wouldn't have this worry.
