Am I OCD about HIV? Am I being paranoid?

Okay , so here's the story.
I sat with this guy with HIV for 2 years , classmates , and didn't know till actually knew he have it till a few days ago.
I have been dead worried ever since.

Could I have got it?
I never had sex with him , never shared needles , never touched his blood but I can't be sure about sharing food or drinks.
That being said , am I just being OCD? Also , I do suffer from OCD , although it isn't very serious and doesn't really hinders me.

Your fear is completely irrational. If HIV was transmitted by simply eating with someone, the whole world will have it by now. Please don't avoid eating out with your HIV positive friend. Its simply impossible for you to get HIV in this manner.
