Am I am risk for HIV?

Hi Doctor,
I am 19, female, and had protected vaginal sex with a guy whose status is unknown. He ejaculated inside me, but the condom was in tact. I was also slightly spotting at the time of intercourse.

I was on an international flight 5 days later, and the day after I landed, I started having a fever that is recurrent and lasting 3 days and counting. I'm noticing a red rash developing on my arms and legs, but they do not itch. This morning a cold sore developed on my bottom lip, and I have an occasional cough. The day before my flight I slept on a mattress without any bed sheets, and was very cold.

What is my risk for HIV? Could my fever just be a common cold/flu from the bad sleep or the fatigue of travelling?

Thank you for any help.

Update: the rash seems to disappear when my body temperature cools down
