Am I at HIGH risk for HIV?

Lets just start off with I have been tested for HIV, and have been negative. But I  had a one night stand with someone, out of stupidity. It was "proteced' vaginal sex, but the condom came off inside of me, with half of it hanging out. (not entirely inside of me) So I'm not so sure of the risk factors with that alone. I extremely nervous and would appreciate any insight. I've already been tested and my results are supposed to come back tomorrow. Its been 3 Months and I'd say about a week since the sex incident, so i'm okay with the testing window-period.
...will I be okay?

Again you were not at risk. Make sure your partners know to hold onto the base of the condom when withdrawing so that doesn't happen.
