Am I at a risk of contracting HIV?

Hi friends,
I was under two situations as below:

1) I had protected vaginal sex & unprotected oral sex (receiver) without wound on penis & the girl lick my skin (there are small wounds without blood on my body), I have no idea with the girl's mouth health and HIV status.

2) I had my hair wash by a girl days ago, after wash, the girl found her finger an open wound with blood and asking for woundplast, I have few small wounds without blood on my head under hair (healing). Not sure with the girl's HIV status.

Would you please let me know my risk level of contracting HIV under two situations above.
