Am I at risk for hiv? Panicking! Help!

Hi all, please help me out! I'm worried/panicking severely.

I recently broke up from a rather tumultuous relationship with my gf. I had get her an hiv test in the beginning it came back negative. She suffers from bipolar disorder and in no way insulting those who have it, but she made it hell. I'm not sure if she has been faithful to me. My activities are

1Protected vaginal sex (the condom broke once, I was inside for less than 5 Sec I immediately washed my penis with soap thoroughly.
2.  Unprotected oral sex. She used to give me BJs alot and I used to finish in her mouth. There were no cuts or blood that I can see.
3. I did perform oral sex on her many times before. My tongue never entered her vaginal canal.

Do any of these risks pose a risk?

The reason I am asking is that while with her I had diarrhea for 2 months on and off, diarrhea alternating with abdominal pain and bloating. I was under alot of stress but acute symptoms of hiv infection also include diarrhea.

Should I be worried? Thank you all for your time!

HIV is not a guessing game, the only way to know your status is by testing.

Ran thank you so much for answering,

Is there huge risk ? For less than 5 seconds? I've heard the chances of prolong unprotected vaginal sex is 1 in every 50 encounters something along those lines.

Your condom broke incident only is for risk of HIV transmission (if she is positive)..
Your oral sex never put you in risk..!!
You can have a conclusive result 3 months post exposure from the condom broke exposure. ..
Hope the information helps. ..
