Am I at risk please help

I kissed someone who had a open cut in there mouth I also have bleeding gums and a cut to my lip am I at risk if this person is infected

Thank you for you reply . I just thought with us both having open cuts there would have been a slight risk thank you for putting my mind at rest

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

There is no information that you could add to this scenario that would turn it into a risk, so you can confidently move on knowing that you did not get HIV from this event.  There is no need to test
