Am I at risk

I am very worried about my currnent status after I dated a guy for 3 weeks and he didn't go and test himself.
Here is the two situations i was exposed to and very worried about:

Firstly - oral sex having also swallowed the semen - no cuts
Secondly - no penetration but contact of the penis at the vagina entrance - no semen involved

I am very worried and although i will most probably go and test myself this week - how high is my risk factor?

Thank you very much

I can't understand what is meant by good oral hygiene - no sore places.  And why would it be different from getting the semen in through your mouth or vagina - i mean the virus is in the semen isn't it?

Very low to nil. If you have good oral hygiene then you didn't have a risk at all.
