Am I going crazy with ARS symptoms..?

I'm currently under a huge stress after a protected sexual encounter with a girl that I don't trust very well,this happened on the 28th September 2010,we had a brief session that lasted 5 mins,we used a condom & it did not break but during the foreplay I fingered her,what worries me is that now I'm experiencing weird symptoms,headache,upset stomach,pain & needles sensation all ove my body....I asked the girl & she said she tested for HIV 3 weeks ago & is clean.It's not for the first time that I feel like this,I've felt the same way about a year ago when a condom broke on me but I came out clean...please advice if I'm at any risk at all & if I do need any testing.

You never had a risk of getting HIV in this way, Protected sex and the other activities you describe do NOT pose a risk.

Your symptoms are NOT due to HIV
