Am I infected

I have many questions and i need answers. I have been going crazy and i am tired of waiting for my results. Since June of 2008 I have had sex with about 4 different girls unprotected but not all at once just up until august. I stopped having sex with all girls because of this fear. It has now been about 2 months of unprotected sex. I checked for symptoms of HIV and it says you could have swollen lymph nodes under your arms or in your groin and neck. i checked all areas and i don't know if they are swollen. If they are i can't see if it is swollen. i looked at all types of pictures on the internet and you could tell peoples lymph nodes are swollen. I felt my groin and i could feel the lymph nodes in my groin but i don't know if its swollen. For the past two nights i have woken up because it has been hot. I don't have any out breaks or any type of rash nothing on my body. I found out the people with HIV can look just as normal. But i'm really scared. My friends mom told me i look fine and if it was a change in me she would tell me right away. I don't know if i am having a anxiety about the symptoms or if i'm having the symptoms but this is very scary. no lymph nodes in my neck or under my arms are out and i cant feel them. i don't have any dirrehea or anything. please help me tell me something.

a test at 3 months will give you a conclusive result.
