Am I neg?

Symptoms:

Rash (almost whole body, including penis) diagnosed as Pityriasis Rosea, lasted ~7 or 8 weeks
Bad post nasal drip / nasty mucus, still have this with bad allergies
Swollen Adenoids (adenoids), removed in September
Swollen Node in Left Side of Neck likely due to adenoids (adenoids) (Posterior Cervical)
No Fever (highest was ~99.7)
Elevated Liver Enzymes (later diagnosed as fatty liver, had hep tests out to 7 mos)
Enlarged Liver, possibly due to all the meds i was on

Used OLUX-E on my rash for about a week and a half total, used A LOT of it (topical steroid). I was constantly prodding my neck until I found something on the left side and have been touching it every day since about 8 months ago. It's pea sized and it feels like theres a smaller one under it.

Tested with a DNA PCR at 35 days, rapid at 9 months, am I negative?
