Well im leaving to get the results in 30 minutes. I almost dont want to go but I know for my sanity that I have to. I pray that its truley negative and I didnt recieve a positive or a false positive or a indetermined results. Also getting results from hepatitis A B and C and syphillis. Im so worried that something is gonna be wrong. Keep feeling like these things that I have been feeling are signs that were trying to get me ready for bad things to come. God I hope that ora quick oral fluid swabs cant give 2 false negatives.

No, I'm not in the medical profession however I know my stuffs since I have been here with my scares and taken my time to explore a lot about the subject, I only answer what I know about be rest assured if there's some thing that I don't know about I'd pass off, you have Teak and Peekawho, who some how are related to the medical proffesion and really know their stuffs too, even they would tell you the same thing.  "you are in the clear"

Oraquick and false negative ?

No, false positives are possible but not false negatives, if it's negative on an oraquick it has to be negative on the blood draw.

It is a FDA approved test and used for diagnosis.

When I was in rehab they convinced me to take a hiv test. Later I rememeber asking if my results were in they said that if it was to come back positive that they would let me know. Well they never let me know anything so i assume it was negative. But now im worried that they just didnt test me or something.

No false negatives on Oraquick after the window period.  Relax, the Oraquick tests are FDA approved.  Stay safe.

Never mind, got it.

You are negative, you tested at the right time with the right test, nothing to worry about.

Eat healthy, drink healthy, stay away from these paranoia packed forum.

Regards

Mike

If you tested 6 weeks or more after these events and the test came back negative then you are fine. Stop stressing! From what I know the tests these days are HIGHLY accurate. You have no reason to worry. Make a promise to never engage in risky behavior again and move on.
