Am I safe at local clinic from HIV?

I just went this morning for and HIV rapis test, and also got tests for Herpes, And other STD's done.

My HIV test thankfully came back non reactive, or negative. I also bloody drawn for the Herpes test.

I'm wicked paranoid I guess, but do these free STD clinics use clean needles and syringes?
The lady that drew blood from my arm actually missed the vein on her first try! Then she tried another vein and now there is a small bruise where she did it now. I was kinda nervous, so I never really saw where she got the needles from and stuff as I was looking away during that time. She seemed nice, but I don't know if Ive ever had someone miss a vein when drawing blood from me before.

My main concern is, is there any chance these free clinics reuse their needles, etc? I'm worried I got HIV from the shots or rapid test. I was worried I had HIV before the test, It came back negative, and now Im worried I got HIV from the tests. Is this possible at all?

Thanks

Helpful tip: I've actually had a slight bruise after getting my blood drawn by a doctor. It's normal for it to happen. Usually when they're finish drawing blood, they'll tell you to put direct pressure on the gauze so that it slows down the bleeding. Thus, if you do not put at least a little pressure then you will continue to bleed or bruise. It will go away in a day or two.

I don't know why but I can't get the thought of it out of my head. It seemed like a lean place but I'm sketched out after the lady missed my vein and there is still a small bruise there. Maybe she didn't know what she was doing. I mean it was free so im sketches out.
For some reason I keep believing there is a chance I got HIV from the tests...either te finger Provi for the rapid test, or the two times the nurse put a needle in my arm to draw blood.
Anyone else think this may be possible?

Yes, everything they use is clean and single-use.  As in, they cannot be used more than once.

The clinic I went to was called family planning if anyone's ever heard of it.
