Am I still risk for HIV?

I did HIV test in July which was negative result.
Then after July, I met with one guy and I don't know his test result.
In November, I did test again & it's also negative.
Am I still risk for HIV?

You're always at risk with new partners. The best thing to do if you want to be safe, is to ask your partner if they have ever been tested, and when. Of course you can always get tested again, and there isn't any harm in being safe! Hope this helps!
