Am i HIV infected?

Dear Doc,

I had unprotected sex with a girl from africa 2 month ago, i went to have HIV test, and it turned to be positive, but the doctor asked me to make RNA test to be more accurate and the results will appear after one week from now.

Do i have achance to be negative, what's the RNA test,what the difference between the RNA and the normal test i had?

Wait another month and collect your conclusive test result.  PCR RNA test is a supplemental test used in conjunction with an antibody test.

i want to know how anyone is HIV positive in the rapid test and then turn negative in the RNA or antibody test

RNA test by themselves will not give a conclusive negative. A Western Blot test will tell if the tests were actually positive or a false positive.
