Am i at risk? Condom concern

Good Day!!

Hi, i am just worried about my encounter. I had a protected anal sex, Im the one who inserted the condom tothis someone i met, so when i inserted it at first it was wrong dierection but i didnt roll the condom it was just on his penis head so i took it off then turned it on the right side then rolled it. just wondering if theres any risk on there? he might have pre cum and stick on the condom when i turned it. but i massage his penis with lube before we start wi anal sex. sorry for my english not a native english speaker.

Hope Someone can help me, thanks a lot.

Can't tell you who to believe but that Dr is wrong. I very rarely disagree with a Dr but in this case I am.
