Am i at risk?

Hi,

with some one who  may have HIV ( prostitute) i had a massage where she was topless and i wasnt wearing anything.she massaged my penis with her breasts, the problem was she was lactating ( breast milk was possible spilled out) m is it possible that is it came in contact with my penis ( since her breasts were in contact with my penis ) that i may have acquired HIV virus from her? do i need to go for a test?

well, yes but i have heard that breast milk contains HIV virus. What is it got spilled over the tip of my penis and can that be a possible way to get the virus. I am really worried please help thanks.
