with a girl of unknown status. I understand everybody in the community forum says this is no risk, but with much conflicting information, its possible. i tested negative exactly 12 weeks post exposure. Did i not wait long enough (1 week away from 3 months). Im 17 and my mom is bringing me for routine
Yes the CDC does give some different info when it comes to oral sex. The CDC has to be conservative on estimates, because they are a government site. Sites like this and Aidsmeds and others who are reseaching daily and conducting studies and are up to date with studies and research done by others can give better up to date info then the CDC. The CDC has to do a lot of things in order to change policy to say something is no risk. The CDC also has a "report" about kissing transfering HIV and we all know kissing is no risk. The Dr's on this site would have told you the same thing I and others would that oral sex on a women is zero risk. I can also tell you that not one case of HIV has ever been reported when giving oral sex to a woman. You would not be the first to make medical history. Since oral sex happens on a daily basis.
Oral sex that is more up in the air is giving oral sex to a man. Studies show no transmissions, but some cases have been reported but reports are very different then actual proof, like studies conducted have shown.
