Am i just STressing myself to death?

Hello, i have posted in here about a month ago, But I cant seem to relax.  A month ago I had protected sex with a guy who I found was sleeping around. It was a one time thing. We didnt do oral or anything. When he was done I saw the condom was full of sperm but in my mind I am still scared that something got out and he could have gave me hiv? I have had these two small blisters that come and go in the same spot in my throat. My face and neck has broke out with tiny pimples. I keep egtting headaches and stiff neck. Am I just stressing for no reason? My friend told me if any sperm had got out I would have probably gotton pregnant because I was on my period at the time of the sex? I just had a period and that kinda gives me some relief. I just cant sleep, eat, or relax. I cant even focus at work. Please someone help me! thank you.

If the condom was used correctly and did not fail for the duration of intercourse then you will not have been at risk of becoming infected with HIV. End of story. You had PROTECTED sex.

Your "symptoms" are not HIV related. And yes you are probably stressing out and suffering from anxiety.

That is PROOF the condom did not fail. As Rob73! said you were protected- you both would have noticed immediately if the condom failed. Your anxiety is just creating doubts after the fact.

when I checked the condom it didnt have any leaks. I even tied a knot in the end of it and saw that there was air in the condom.Everyday I keep telling myself its just anxiety and theres nothing to worry about, but for some reason I am so deathly scared I have hiv.Common sense tells me if the condom didnt break I am safe and if the condom is full of sperm then it did its job right?  I am going to get tested at the 3 month mark to ease my mind. I even did a hiv rna pcr and a hiv dna pcr to ease my mind. The lab told me the rna test would detect a viral load if i was recently infected in the last month. I am waiting on both test results. Hopefully that will ease my mind a lil bit.:)
