Am i one of those rarest who will test + ve only after few years ???

Hello dr. HHH ( sorry for the short name)
this is my first question to you. i Had a risky sexual encounter 1.5 yrs ago ( it was with CSW) . I tested with rapid elisa just 5 days after it and it came out negative. i even carried out the haemoglobin test The results were as below :

Haemoglobin : 16.90 gm / dl recommended 14 to 18 gm /dl.
WBC Count : 5900 /ul recommended : 4000-11000 /ul
Monocytes = 3% recommended 2 to 6 %

After 1.5 yrs i again went for above tests Results were as below :
HIV Test Negative( No Anti Bodies detected.)

Haemoglobin : 15.60 gm / dl
WBC Count : 7800 /ul
Monocytes = 1%

Even though negative HIV test result i fear i am the one of those rares who will take years to seroconvert.

Given the WBC count is that possible with me?
Also i have lerant that sharp fall in monocytes is one of the reason for HIV infection.

I have following questions :
1. Is my negative test after 1.5 year reliable ?
2. my monocytes count is below normal o does it means hiv is killing monocytes inside me ????

This count has really worried me..If that is not the case what migth have cause the descrease is monocytes count below normal ?

Please help me dr. HHH
