Am i risk?

My hand was cut 2 hours ago,and my wound was bleeding at that time.the Wound about 1 cm long.
2 hours later,although,my wound has been not bleeding .but I can saw some dry blood ,around my wound If I squeezed my wound strength,my wound blood a little.but if I did not squeezed my wound , it did not blood.
Such a wound exposed to the hiv blood,and the hiv blood has been left the body aboud 10 seconds . have high risk?
