Am worried that i was at risk of hiv

I had a sexual encounter with a lady who is hiv pos. I used condoms in the 3 encounter the same night. What am worried is I received an unprotected oral. Then I noticed blood on the condom not sure if is menstrual blood but what worries me most is I had a cut days like 4 or 6 days on my thumb more of a scratch from a bone I was eating during festive season, and used my thumb to remove the condom. 16 to 20 hours I went to the emergency and was put on pep treatment. The CD didn't break am sure of it. The wound on my thumb was not fresh and am on pep for 4 days which is heavy on me. My question is should I be worried that I might be infected? To add I asked the lady she's not on med which means she has a high viral load.

* Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusively negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to action by MedHelp. Conclusively negative results or a no-risk situation will be based upon the criteria established by MedHelp’s doctors. Action will be taken as follows:
    * After excessive posting, a warning will be issued by MedHelp
    * Continuing to post regarding the negative result / no risk situation will result in a 3 day suspension
    * Continuing to post upon your return will result in a permanent ban.

Hi, thank you for the response. Since last dose of pep I had a greasy dark stool. Is that a side effect to the pep? If yes will it go away in a couple of days? If not. What's the indication?

You never had an exposure and you shouldn't have been put on nPEP.

Hi again, I stopped the pep since I can't take it. I am vomiting, nausea , headaches, feel hot. Should I continue with combivir? Alone since I can handle that alone?

Doesn't matter what it was, as it was not a risk.

Thanks very much for that. So the sctratch on the thumb was in contact with the blood. And when I touched salt. It was a little sensitive. Does that mean it was open if I felt salt?

Thanks for your time. Even if her viral load is high since she's not on medication?
What made me worried was the menstrual blood on the condom. Thanks a lot for your time.

Dr should not have given you PEP as you don't meet the basic standards. You never had a risk.

I am really worried about this. Am not sexual active. So I don't know how to react. I may be overeating but please if someone could explain this to me I would be at ease.
