Anal Rubbing and Bleeding HIV Risk

Dr, I couldnt find an exact case like this, not sure if due to my wording. I tried receptive protected anal sex with a transexual escort but stop immediately from the pain in the anus, but afterwards i had receptive unprotected penile-anal rubbing for a couple of minutes and for a couple of seconds there was pressure applied but stop again from pain and stopped. After the exposure, i used a paper toilet in my anus and there were some light blood. I am terribly worried about this incident and that the escort is positive and that precum had gotten into the injured linings... To add to my worries, I did ask the escort (lets call it she) and she said she gets tested every three months and she is negative, but if i was worried, i should start "Zidovudine", after asking how did she know, she said in San Francisco she used it before for PEP. Four months ago i had a condom break on me on a girl with her period that had unknown status and dr put me on Combivir with Kaletra, and i stopped after 10 days when the girl showed me her test result. I did a test 1 month ago and i was negative, and now i am in the same spot. I already started on the Combivir every 12 hours and the kaletra every 12 hours i have left...
Please Dr, what are my chances of risk??? I do not want to take PEPs if not necesary.. thanks

You were never at risk. You cannot contract HIV by rubbing and your try with anal sex was protected.

Teak, there was unprotected rubbing of the penis head on the anus with abrasion with little bleeding, if there was precum, there is a chance no?.... also, there was an attempt of unprotected penetration resulting in a painful rejection, there is still no risk??

You werent at risk for HIV I would not be on the PEP at all

i forgot to mention, i also had unprotected receptive oral where sperm was in my mouth but i spitted and usually just like this morning while brushing there was some bleeding... thanks for any replies

to answer your pm...you were given the correct information.  you were not at risk from the situation(s) that you described above.
