Anal fissure after 9 months

Hello doctor,

I am male and 21 years old. I had a vaginal sex with a sexworker exactly 9 months back from now.  I had tested at 5 months (retro-quick test kit used) and turned negative. After 9 months, now i have got anal fissure issue. I suffered for about 4 days with it. I noticed blood in the toilet sheet all 4 days. In other websites, i find that Anal fissure is a very common problem with people with HIV.

My question to you is
(1). Does Anal fissure related with HIV?
(2). Should I tested again?

Did you have an Antibody test? As in retro-quick meaning rapid?

Was it protected vaginal sex? Is so you had no risk for HIV to begin with

yes it was  hiv1&2 antibody test

Then you do not have HIV. Your test is conclusive.
