Anal sex with a guy

Hi, 2.5 weeks ago I met up with a guy and we had protected anal sex where I bottomed.  I ended up bleeding a lot around my anal area afterwards and am paranoid that I may have caught something.  During sex he used his saliva on my dick to masturbate it until I ejaculated.  When he withdrew it looked like the condom was in place and that it had not ruptured.  He told me that he was tested two weeks prior to having sex and that the results were negative.  I am still concerned because now I have a small red bump in my pubic hair area that slightly itches.  The skin around it is also red.  Also, I've developed small red bumps on my shoulders/upper back with a couple large red bumps.  I know I'm prone to body acne but I was wondering if this could also be an early HIV rash symptom.
