Analyses HIV combo

Hi, I have conducted 03 HIV tests, which is a post-infection analysis after 4 and 6 weeks of HIV combo (HIV + 1 HIV 2 + ag p24). In week 8, a rapid analysis was a negative result. Is a definitive result after this period? I have a slight inflammation of the lymph nodes in my neck that is worrying me

NO, it will not change.  You are conclusively HIV-negative and you do not need any more tests.
