Another Possible Exposure

Hey guys, I have been on here before but I have had a different type of exposure now. I got a blow job from someone who is unknown status and he also fingered me a tiny tiny bit, did not go in far at all after jerking himself off, but he did not cum or anything like that. We also spooned naked but now penetration from the guys penis. I got strep throat or tonalities two days after that, they didn't do a test just gave me antibiotics. However I have been having muscle pains, aches and fatigue exactly two weeks after my possible exposure, should I be more worried this time? Thanks again everyone who answers.

I realized that no one really comes back to post their results but just letting everyone know that my 3 month test was negative, so people going through similar situations, that was my end result after three months which is a really big relief and I guess my anxiety really does get the best of me sometimes. Thanks for everyone help who responded!!!

Thanks for the information, I do hope it is negative, all my friends just think I am being crazy and I was diagnosed with OCD so my anxiety does get the better of me. I do not think I will need to take that pill if I am negative though, I don't have a lot of sexual partners I go years without even kissing people lol but sometimes in the heat of the moment like you said I hook up with someone. But hopefully I will be negative and can move past this in november when I get tested.

Hey Littleworried17 I want you to tell you a story. I had the exact same thing happened to me I would consider the worst flu possible. Sore Throat, body ached like crazy, Lymph nodes enlarged. I had the same type of thing you did. Got a HIV test a little later then I should because of my nerves I visited this Site mutiple times Talked with Teak, Nursegirl, Vance everyone! You know what I had a HIV Negative result. Usually ARS symptoms start between 2-4 weeks and is considered probably the worst flu in your life. Some people about 10% don't get any symptoms at all. That's why it's important to test and know your partner's status as well. Trust me the worry and frustration of not knowing really does take over and you start thinking every ache in your body is a symptom when in reality it isnt. It's scary things happen in the heat of the moment people forget common sense protection and stuff and only later do we come to our senses. Btw if your a gay male and Numerous sexual partner's I would suggest after your Negative test result to talk with your Doctor about starting PRep which is 92% effective at stopping HIV Infection taking hold along with the usage of a condom. You will have to take the Pill everyday though for the protection to work.

I just feel like something had to have happened all my lymph nodes all over randomly hurt all day its like an ache feeling in my armpits, groin, arms, neck, jaw, wrists, fingers and I feel like all my muscles are exhausted. I just really think I somehow could of gotten it, i mean we were spooning and he had his penis right next to my butt.

So even with my aches and felling like my lymph nodes all over are sore I shouldn't be worried even with the extra exposure?
