Another question

yeah but i didn't brush the END of my tongue cause the white stuff was more towards the middle / back....blah

sorry for starting another topic...I searched for my old thread but I couldn't find it.

anyway...so my sore throat / swollen gland thing I think is pretty much gone.  I am now in the 2-4 weeks after exposure that ARS symptoms usually pop up.

I've had kinda like a white tongue thing..I brush my teeth and tongue and most of it goes away.

now however tonight I noticed that at the very tip of my tongue and going out on the sides a little bit I see like...the little tastebud things (i guess they are called papillae)...anyway...they're kinda bigger than normal and red and i've never noticed them before so they just came.

is this kind of tongue problem usually a symptom of ARS?  I really have no clue.

please give me some insight!

It is not ARS!

Brushing your tongue can cause those bumps if you are brushing roughly. Nothing to worry about. For further concerns regarding this matter see your dentist.

you're prob right bluebell...I just dont know why all of this stuff is happening RIGHT NOW at this time in my life when I DONT need anything else wrong with me to worry about.  sometimes timing sucks...


anyway how are you dealing these days?  I've been reading your posts.  Doing okay?

My entire life I have had phases every few months where I get bumps on my tongue, sometimes painful ones. They are nothing to worry about. Just part of being alive. '

Really, dont worry about it. You may have scraped your tongue on your front teeth while sleeping, hot or spicy food can cause it too. Sometimes there is no known cause.

just looked in the mirror and saw little clear looking bumps underneath my tongue...look like clear taste buds.

is this common??

I am doing as well as can be expected. I am anxiety ridden and cannot relax. I feel like I was infected by the exposures I had. I am also scared because I had mono right when ARS would have started.

hey everyone....getting a little more concerned.

I finished my run of antibiotics yesterday...and now tonight my throat seems to be getting a little worse again.  when i talk kinda quiet nothing comes out...idk if you understand what I mean but its like something is up with my throat.  I am on the 17 / 18 day mark now since my possible oral exposure.

should I be concerned about my throat at all?  is this an ARS symptom?

and my tongue has like white looking i dont even know how to describe it..like white bumps all over it especially near the back...but when I brush my teeth and tongue most of it seems to go away.

all the upper surface and both sides are with white pin like dots it looks completely white.
sides have something ridges like lines..:=((
