Antibiotics and testing

Can antibiotics for say an eye infection or something else affect HIV test results?  I had an unprotected encounter and about a month later I had an eye infection and was given antibiotics for it...tested negative for HIV at 2 months and 4 months after exposure....

Just wondering if taking that type of medication could affect the test results...Thanks

anyone know?
