If someone infected with HIV virus and experience mild-severe ARS symptoms with B cells lymphocytes count very high which indicate the immune system is reacting towards the virus, my questions are:
1) When B cells count very high, does any present HIV test able to detect these antibodies?
2) What type of antibodies does body generate to fight HIV virus is the type which common HIV Ab test looking for?
