Antiviral time frame

If person is on Antiviral for 15 days.   And  exposed to HIV after 5 months. Is his results after 4 week PCR test reliable?

Example. I had ACL donor graft in dec. I am not sure they gave me anti-viral.But I was on pain killers for a month.
In may i had oral sex. I am confident  that I don't have HIV by reading other people comments on my previous posts. But I want to make sure the result from HIV pcr test is reliable or not. I read if you are on antiviral then you dont get the results on time frame. So Please suggest. it may be helpful for other people also.

Wouldn't matter you didn't have a risk of contracting HIV.

I am not sure I had. They used the donor graft.  Do I need anti viral for donor graft?
