Anxiety/Guilt or Symtoms of HIV infection

On August 3rd 2017 i had protected vaginal sex with a female for about 3-6 minutes. She supplied the condom in a freshly new package and put it on my penis and gave me oral with the condom on. After this i started to have sex with her and then i pulled out and ejaculated into the condom. The condom had no leaks or tears in it and i took it off and disposed of it correctly into the garbage can. As i was going home i started to feel pain in my stomach which gave me a scare but eventually went away i took a thorough shower after and washed my private area carefully. About 3 weeks later i had pain in my left side near my ribs as i was lying down preparing to go to sleep and it gave me a panic attack and i think it gave me diarrhea. a few days later everything was normal until i was clipping my nails and started bleeding, my mind then started saying to me you have HIV and i started panicking again and had diarrhea and started googling my symptoms online which i believe made my anxiety get even worst. I had remembered that i had took 2 advils for a headache about 3 days before the left side pain as i usually take 1 so i don't know if it caused a stomach ulcer. I now have a globus sensation in my throat when swallowing for about 2 months now and i had caught a cold in about the 2nd week of September when i started back school (mind you a lot of people were sick) which made me even more scared. Was i at a high risk of contracting the virus? Is my minds playing tricks on me?

P.s. i have always had a huge fear of hiv/aids and i use to think masturbating gives you the virus.

Everything was done properly with the condom. You checked it and there were no holes or tears in it. So no, I do not think you have an STD. This is the reason for using condoms. To keep from getting an STD or unplanned pregnancy.
It sounds like you have a lot of anxiety. I've never heard of anyone getting diarrhea with panic attacks but anxiety does come with a very long list of possible symptoms.
You really should see your Dr about the pain you're having and make sure to tell him/her that you're also having diarrhea.
