As you were advised, you had no risk for HIV.  This means that any test you take will be negative for HIV since you did not get HIV from your event.  There is no more advice this forum can offer.

That advice from nosexuntil is incorrect. You don't need a test as RubyWitch and I explained.

That doesn't matter, because it can't infect through small cuts. You are safe.

Regardless of the amount of her fluids on your hand when you masturbated, they had been exposed to air which renders the virus inactive (unable to infect) You had no risk.

You had no risk so your doctor will likely tell you that a test is a waste of time, so try to relax. Reread the part about the 40.
HIV is instantly inactivated in saliva also, so because kissing has both air and saliva it is not a risk either.

You had zero risk so don't need to test since there was no penetration.

HIV is instantly inactivated in air which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching.  So it doesn't matter if you rubbed because it was in the air, even if both people were bleeding at the time since it is effectively dead.

Only adult risks are unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal sex or sharing needles that you inject with.
Even with blood, lactation cuts, rashes, burns etc air does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so nothing you can add will make it a risk.

There is an std forum for those questions but I don't think you could get std. Your symptoms will have to be diagnosed by a doctor but have nothing to do with HIV. You interact with others, so colds and sore throats are to be expected.
