Anxiety and depressed

Ill start by saying that yesterday I went to the local clinic to follow up about my health. In the last two months I've been having HIV anxiety. It all started after a harmless plasma donation I was screened and on feb 1 I donated for the first time. I asked questions regarding what happens to my plasma after I donate? They told me it's tested for diseases but that I was ok and if anything came back they would call me. I've since donated 9 times and everytime afterwards I think they might call me. Before donated my last possible sexual encounter was dec 19. I'm freaking out how is plasma tested? Is it accurate? Should I stop worrying? Please help.

Yes. With my gf. However I recieved unprotected oral sex in late November and on December 18/19 I went out got really drunk and woke up at home. The establishment I was at is walking distance from my home but I just have a blank spot in my memory. So idk if I did something that night or not. oh I just got back with my gf in feb. we were apart for a year.

Oral sex is no risk. As far as far as what you do not remember I can not know what happened.

The only thing I can think of is the worst case scenario that I did sleep with someone. However I went to the plasma ctr and he told me thatsonc feb 1 to march 10 all my donations have been negative. Should I believe it march 10 is about 3 months since dec. 19.

You can not use donation centers as a testing method, but I am sure you would remember sex with someone if you remember getting oral sex. Back when I was in college I overused alcohol and would blackout every weekend (Friday and Saturday), I don't remember most of the time at the bars or how I got home or if I got pizza but I always remember parts if I fooled around or had sex with someone. So from personal experience I say it would be very hard not to remember having sex with someone.

I didn't use the donTions center as a testing method. I donated for money than after a couple of donations one of the phlebotomists said I was ok I didn't think about HIV or hep. Until she said that they would call me if anything came back. That's been in the back of my mind the whole time. Now on dec 19 who knows I couldve walked home. But the plasma ctr dr said I've tested negative since feb 1 thru march 10. Should I believe that?

Yes, im sure that blood donation facilities use the most reliable tests available

That sounds relieving but the only question I have is it's been 82 days sinc I "possibly" couldve been exposed than the march 10 negative should make me feel better when I go Wednesday for my results. I neve new that a innocent plasma donation would make me lose my mind to where I have been prescribed meds for anxiety and depression.
