Anxiety eating me alive!
Firt of all I want to say I appriciate the efforts to help people here its fantastic!
My problem is:
I had protected sex with a woman at 6th of june and I am worried that because I fingered her and because I had a scub now I might have HIV from her. Then I checked the reassuring archives of this site and learned its very low risk.
The thing that has stuck on my mind is we grinded totally naked for about 5 minutes. I didn't have condom on and she was on top of me but I didn't penetrate her.
Would I get infected from grinding and no intercourse. I think she didn't even touch the head of my penis with her vagina but just to be sure let's say it did. I am thinking about this constantly, please help me.

Thank you for the response but what about the scub I have had. It was 1 day old or something. Still a little worried. Thanks anyway:)
