Anxiety related question to HIV

i was asking if a hiv antibody test 2+ years after possibly exposure is as accurate as taking the test after 6 months of exposure? or if waiting 2 years after exposure may give a false negative? i have a kid who was born last year? During the pregnancy my wife had a negative hiv test, does that mean totally a hiv negative test or i had a test very recently which is negative after my two years as negative, and that test which I tested before two years was also negative and I got the test done after sexual encounter of about 2 months which was a "window period" and after I got married my wife was tested during her pregnancy and the result was negative, and now I also got tested after two years as negative? plz clarify

There is nothing to clarify. Neither you nor your wife have HIV. Period. If you are still anxious, seek counselling.
