Anxious again....

Hi, and thanks to whomever can help me.

Exactly 2 weeks ago I met a guy who was in the military and a vet.  We didn't do too much, except give each other blowjobs, where the most that came out was pre-seminal fluid.  When I performed on him, I took care to try not to swallow and to spit out when possible, but I'm not perfect.  Neither of us ejaculated that night, and I rinsed using some Listerine afterward.  He's also a smoker.

It was after the fact that I found out that he does not use condoms when sleeping with girls.  He also says that he was clean since his last test, which he gets full bloodwork and testing done at the VA office every three months.  Thing is, I don't know if it's coincidence (I've been cleaning out a really really dusty room this past week), but now starting last night I have a sore throat.  He's going to get his results back tomorrow, so I'm making sure I'm gonna check with him.

Even if he was positive, what are the chances that I could have gotten something?  Should I be worried about hiv (since ARS is about 2-4 weeks afterward) or anything else??  I'm sorry to those who keep seeing me post- I'm trying to get rid of my bad habits and paranoia and guilt.  But this has been scaring me to death.

Thanks so much to anyone who can help me...Also, if I get tested at the end of September, the results should be conclusive, right?

Doesn't matter when you test if you want to test, you didn't have an exposure.

Thanks, Teak.  I needed to hear that.

Just to be safe though,  I'm planning to get tested at the end of September.  That should make it 100% reliable, right?  Or should I wait until October?

One more thing, I also have some pain behind my right ear, and I'm not sure if it's a lymph node or not....there's a slight bump..but i'm not sure.
