Any Chance not being HIV infection
3 months ago,(23 feb 2008), I had protected anal sex with my male friend but unprotected
oral which lasted only 3-5 seconds, he didn't ejaculate since I never let teh person do.
I was suffering from gingivitis (bleeding gums) but was treating it , and usually they don't
bleed unless u irritate them with a brush or press on the gum.
When I first woke up that night I had severe diarrehea
Anyways, after taht I felt very ****, and had this king of 'beat' feeling in my hips, similar
to a heartbeat in teh heart so got very worried then got a sore throat after a week
(lasted 2-3 days).with phlegm in my mouth.
I am not sure this is related but since then my stools are yellow, and sometimes
it feels I don't need to excrete even though my diet is the same.
Later I got a severe headache (never got a headcahe before), the phlegm (white/clear)
was still there, headache lasted 5 weeks, was prescribed as tension and went to my ears
which developes tinnitus dues to wax which I cleared using drops and syringing.
During teh headache I got a rash but developed while taking 'ibuprofen', the rash was on
my cheek, was not very big and lasted an hour then it was gone.
I also have a hazy/blurred vision, eye test showed nothing
Phlegm is still there, no cough but dizzy all the time, occasional headaches, depression,
insomnia and 9 weeks later I got weakness in my legs and joints and muscle aches and also
paresthesia which stared as cold toes, tehn tingling in fingers and toes then hands and legs.
Sometimes everywhere else even head (more like electric shocks).
Nausea comes and goes and losing appetite.
3 months on and...I still have:
Phlegm (white/clear) no couph or pain
yellow stools sometiems not formed, and gas also
paresthesia (fingers and hands mostly now , but comes and goes)
nausea
burping
weakness in legs but all actions can be performed
hazy vision.
All symptoms don't prevent me from doing everyday work but I am alwasy depressed and worried
and my GP alwaasy tends to treat each symptom alone....
I will go and do an STD/STI test.
I will post this in other forums too (hepatitis and MS)

Hi guys,
I did a rapid HIV test (***** test) after 3 and 3 weeks month exposure and it is NEGATIVE.I did throat, anus and penis swabs and 2 blood tests and urine test.
I will kiss you all guys and girls I love you all, though I asked teh nurse and sexual clinic specialist and they said the test is very accurate after 3 months.
I was diagnosed with a urethra infection (like chlamidya maybe), syphillis, hep B and C to know next week.....
Thanks a lot now need to go fix my floaters/weakness ......will still be here to help people
i wanna cry.....have safe sex all..just told my sex partner

There is no drama, I just never tested before though I was sexually active for almost a year.
I am too scared, but anyway I want to go test otehr things first because even if i don't have HIV, I still need to do something about them.

I am still scared to go and test. Not sure I wanna know if I ws positive though u guys think I am not and anyway the paresthesias is annoying me a lot.
Even if I don't have HIV, I think I will be worried for my vision and other stuff.
I will just go and speak to my doctor, maybe tmr and try to do a stool test.....
I am sorry but I am not taht strong to go and test....sorry to dissapoint you guys

Since you cant relax with the forum answers, then go and get tested, you are over the window period, it would only take 20min and will prove teak, worried, alien, were right, go now we`ll be waiting to here your negative result.
And not only homosexual sex can get you anything also heterosexual, sex with animals, ect. if you want to here that BS of abstinece is the only way, nothing else is safe WHOOOOOOOO thats up to you, but the risk os oral sex is so low that is merely stated just to suport the abstinece only BS, not becouse it represents a real risk.

Yes that is what I meant, I had sex with loads of men, anal always safe both ways (no ejaculation sometimes) but oral with no protection and ejaculation.......
Maybe last feb my immune system was weak and as u say it allowed teh virus in.
As people tell me it is not multile sclerosis, not diabetes ....so not sure what is wrong.
u know i feel like there is transparent screen in front of my body I can't break through.....i feel not normal but don't describe it as sick.
I am depressed......can't wait to do tests next week...will tell you results.

Umm No, get off the Yahoo forums. There have only been a few cases of transmission through oral and that was to the person that was given oral. They had multiple exposures and engaged in other risky behavior such as unprotected anal.
I don't really know what do u mean by not being exposed to HIV because when u haev sex with one u have sex with all their partners and I also had sex with a lot of people but
never experienced these symptoms

How could you unlucky when you were never exposed to HIV? That would defy physics, germs and viruses cant penetrate latex. Oral doesnt even carry risk.

I will do the test next week hopefully it will be okay, or will be one of those unlucky people.

They call it protected sex for a reason ya know? If it was risky they wouldnt call it protected. Geez, you people that freak out and never had a risk really hurt my brain.
You had protected sex and whatever kind of spin you want to put on your questions is not going to change the fact that you were never at risk. Continue to use condoms correctly and consistently and you won't have a worry of contracting HIV.

the first was in February and lasted 4 days (the worst I have ever got, high temp with lots of ulcers taht healed later on with medication), I had new job, new life new locationa and it was freezing in UK. I only did oral at that time, never had anal until July.
my second fever in november was light lasted less than 2 days but was sexually active (anal) though not everytime a person ejaculated and all teh time was using condoms, none broke or slipped.
Anyway I know for sure all these people were safe anyway.
