Any Risk? Please Help

I met a guy about 2 weeks ago. We spoke online and on the phone before we met in person. We hit it off great. One evening we went to dinner and then back to his place and one thing lead to another and I engaged in Oral sex both recieving and giving with no ejaculation in my mouth, and Rimming along with Kissing. There was no anal sex involved. I had asked him prior, when was your last test, He stated it was in Oct of 08. Well today in a conversation about moving forward with other sexual acts he told me that he has " NEVER" been tested. That it is a fear of his. He claims that he doesnt do anal sex with just anyone and uses condoms. So my question is.. Should I get tested. Im sooo pissed right now I dont know what to do. Please HELP.
