Any suggestions?

I wanted to post a question to Doctor HHH in his forum for $15 but It will not let me do so.  Does anyone know when I can post one?  Are they based on different time zones?  I live on the east coast in the U.S.  Thanks, anyone's help will be appreciated.

You might have sucess between 8am-11am EST, but officially there is no "best time".  I've always been able to post a question during those times anytime I've had one on other forums.  The pay forums only take a few questions a day, so it can be hard to get in.  Just keep trying.
