Anything that could change it?

I know that many of you feel that giving a blow job is not an hiv risk. Is there anything that could change that? I'm looking at my worse case situation: the first time I gave him one I got some other std, then the second time, he has a high viral load, I have an untreated std and dry mouth, possibly a little cut. Even with all that added it, would you still consider the bj a no risk encounter?

Yes, that is someone being conservative based on "reports", yet studies show no risk.

A lot of sites say it's low risk but there is still a risk. Is that just incorrect?

Nope, HIV is not transmitted by oral sex.
