Are HIV Tests conclusive?

It was a year ago when I was first exposed to protected sex with a Prostitute.
I took a 3month HIV test and a 6month HIV test, both results came in unreactive.
Is there a possible chance that I would still have HIV?

You had protected sex, never had a risk for HIV and did not need to test. Both your tests, while completely unnecessary, were negative.
There is absolutely no chance that you have HIV now unless you have engaged in unsafe sex since your last test.
