Are my test results reliable???

On April 2, 2017 i had a brief unprotected vaginal sexual encounter with a male a dated for a very short period. He did not ejaculate inside of me. I asked and he said he is negative. He had stomach cancer over five years ago. I have been worried sick since then. I did a rapid hiv test at the health clinic at seven weeks and tested negative. Then again at ten weeks and tested negative again. At ten weeks also I had bliss work done at the lab for hiv 1/2 antigen and hiv-1 and hiv-2 antibodies with reflexes and results were non-reactive. I did another rapid test at 12 weeks and again tested negative. It is now the 14 weeks mark and I had a forth hiv rapid test done today and it was negative. I have now reached all the window periods mentioned; 12 weeks, 90 days, and 3 months. I also went in for 4 generation blood work today and am awaiting the results. I have not had any symptoms
But just this week I started with a sore throat, mild night sweats, seems like a small swollen gland under my jaw line, and one episode of mild diarrhea, and had one small red spot appear on my leg today. My question is; can I trust my test results from weeks 7, 10, 12 and 14 to be difinitive?

Symptoms are not used to diagnose HIV and only tests are used.  While you did have a risk of HIV transmission with unprotected vaginal sex, you tested negative in the appropriate time frame.  We are happy for this!  The symptoms you are now having are not going to be HIV related as you have tested conclusively negative.  Best

Unless you lived in a bubble you have the same risks of sore throat that everyone else has so not surprising that you caught one.
Your 4th gen test at 28 days was conclusive and any test at 3 months is conclusive, so you have done a lot of excess testing ater you found you can't have HIV.
. It is abnormal to repeatedly test for the same disease that you have proven you don't have, so consider therapy if you can't relax because there are 5000 other diseases that you can ACTUALLY have and you can't spend all your life constantly checking for one.

Good evening, Thank you greatly for your response. The 4th generation test was actually done at 10 weeks. My concern now is that I am now at 14 weeks seeing symptoms associated to hiv infection. Is it possible to get symptoms at 14 weeks? Is the rapid hiv test negative result from today to be taken as difinitive? I'm sorry for insisting on this and I thank you for your time and response. In total I've had four negative rapid hiv tests at the health clinic; 7 wk, 10 wk, 12 wk, and 14 was. And one 4th gen with reflexes at 10 wk. Thank you.
I meant a 4 gen is conclusive after 28 days. Reread the advice focusing on the word bubble and consider the HIV science is 40 years old but you have no medical training to qualify you to think the testing  methods aren't accurate so it is time to stop the abnormal repetitive testing.

I am not going to repeat the advice anymore and your last question makes me wonder if your mind was made up before you came here.
Everyone here posts they have ARS but none do.

One last bit of comfort. Symptoms are not used by HIV doctors to diagnose HIV so you can also stop doing that and try to relax in which case your sweats will likely disappear.
Thank you for your advice!
