Are these ARS symptoms...4th gen ELISA testing lab info in Mumbai ..Teak,LIZZI,MIKE...please help..

I had sex with a CSW using condom .

Wound status:

My condom slipped .I was having a wound(not fully healed,-black deposition on it) on my penis lower section.During sexual activity the black crustation of wound withered away and was replaced by a sliver thin skin.Whenever I touched the skin I feeling little pain but there is no blood coming from it .Now after 3 days after probable exposure that  shinny skin also withered away naturally and was replaced by a new healthy skin.This was the status of my wound.
size of the wound : <=1 cm  , Wound was 30 hours long.

The condom covered my upper half i.e the tip of penis .I am worried that the my  semi healed wound(which I have mentioned) got exposed to HIV. .I am worried again.Please help me.


Possible ARS symptoms

1) 7 days latter I got mild stiff neck..it remained till 5 days.

2) 10 days latter the exposure I got  red /pinkish rashes near my pubic hair.

3) I also suffer from low grade fever about 99.2 F was the max temperature recorded.Sometime I feel hot palms and feet but no significant fever.With some night sweats.

4) 15 days latter I got stiff neck again.

5) Muscles pain also include some occasional pains in  both biceps .This pain persists for at least 10sec-15 sec and then wither away and reappears after sometime(30-45 min latter) .

6) today 18days after the exposure I got mild sore throat.

Please help me.Really worried because my doc told that I have minimal risk of HIV.He told me That I should be tested for the sake of clarification.He also told me that any non intact skin like in my case pose a theoretical risk of HIV transmission.

MY question.
1) Are these sound like ARS symptoms?
2) if not ARS are this more due to stress or physiological factors?

Any one from Mumbai can tell which are the best labs in Mumbai to test for HIV.Also can you people help me with the address of labs having 4th generation ELISA for HIV1/2.

hadt  it been ars then the fever would be 102 +  and even if you  had the tip of your penis  covered you had protectected sex.
