Are these symptoms of ARS?

I am a user of heroin and use needles. My most recent exposures were 6 months ago when I shared a needle with a women who had sex with a man with HIV,and about 2 months ago when I used water out of a mans needle for mixing the heroin. I took an Ora quick yes 3 months after the first incident and it was non reactive then again at 5 months about a month and a half after using the man needle water it was negative except for a tiny partial line in the corner opposite the T about 1-2 mm long. My symptoms started with an itchy hives like rash on my wrist that lasted about 4 days accompanied by muscle aches and a swollen lymph node in my armpit. The muscle aches lasted about a week and the lymph node lasted about 2 before going down. About a weak later I started having night sweats that I would wake up from usually always after a dream and muscle and joint pain. then about 5 days later 3 swollen lymph nodes appeared on my neck and 1 on my rib cage  on the same side as the rash and lymph node in my armpit  the swollen lymph nodes on my neck disappeared accept for one that was larger than the rest.after that about 5 appeared on my other side of my neck about 2 of them would have some pus collected in them they went away in about 5 days. i still have Gi symptoms they where the last to show up I also have patches of tiny ulcers on both sides of my inner cheek that are blood red and are 2mm in size or smaller that healed within a 2-3 days  before 2-3 more showed up . I'm a 19 yo male and have OCD i also had a head ache and extreme fatigue that lasted also about five days. Sorry for the long post
